• Full-time remote Senior Asset Development Engineer for Five9.
• Focus on rapid product development and automation.
• Part of the Professional Services Asset Development group.
• Collaborate via web conferences and chat; self-starter; independent.
• Work to augment and extend Five9 core product offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in application or integration software development.
• Strong software development background with end-to-end toolchains.
• Expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, Node.js.
• Proficient in TypeScript, Nest.js, VueJS.
• Recent experience with Jira, Confluence, Visual Studio Code, Git.
• 1+ years experience with cloud hosting services (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and Unix shell.
• CTI/Contact Center knowledge a plus (Cisco ICM/UCCE, Genesys, Avaya).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
