Senior Asset Operation Specialist

📋 Description

• Onboard and maintain tokens/assets; configure mainnet params and fees.
• Manage post-listing asset operations; upgrades, re-pricing, and announcements.
• Monitor risk events; coordinate cross-functional mitigations.
• Prepare asset/project evaluations; analyze AUM, volume, and yield.
• Design SOPs and collaborate across Wallet, Security, Finance, Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, or related fields
• 2+ years in crypto asset ops or related roles; knowledge of blockchains, stablecoins, and RWA
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics like trading volume, AUM, and yield
• Strong cross-functional communication and execution across tech, security, and finance
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with digital asset regulatory frameworks and compliance
