📋 Description

• Lead shrink and loss analysis across Alo sanctuaries, identifying trends by location, market
• Analyze relevant transaction, inventory, RFID, incident, cash, audit, and operational data to
• Develop and enhance AI-supported risk scoring and early-warning indicators in partnership with
• Identify trends involving external theft, fraud, organized retail crime, internal dishonesty
• Conduct root-cause analysis and translate findings into clear prevention strategies, resource
• Measure the effectiveness and financial impact of Asset Protection programs, controls, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, finance, criminal justice, information systems, or a
• Five or more years of combined experience in asset protection, loss prevention, investigations
• Experience supporting a multi-location or complex retail environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analysis and translate findings into practical
• Strong knowledge of shrink, retail theft, fraud, internal investigations, operational controls, and
• Experience with exception reporting, dashboards, risk scoring, or automated analytical workflows.
