Senior Associate Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage month-end and quarterly close processes across corporate and project entities, including
• Track capitalized development costs by project, apply capitalization policies, account for
• Maintain accurate books and records across holding companies and project entities, including joint
• Prepare financial statements, budget-to-actual analyses, and supporting schedules for investor
• Prepare schedules and documentation for annual financial statement audits and collaborate with
• Manage and improve accounts payable workflows, including vendor onboarding, invoice coding

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 360, ASC 842, and ASC 810.
• Demonstrated experience managing month-end close activities across multiple legal entities
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, or
• Proficiency with accounts payable systems such as Bill.com, Ramp, or Tipalti, including configuring
