• Be the point of contact for AR collections
• Expedite collection of accounts receivable
• Communicate with customers and escalate as needed
• Maintain customer accounts and disputes
• Meet collection KPI goals and service standards
• Collaborate with sales and care teams

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education with 2-5 years related experience
• English proficiency, strong communication
• Good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
• Organized, detail oriented, client-focused
• Experience in collections is a plus
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
