Senior Associate - Accounts Receivable - Collections

📋 Description

• Be the point of contact for AR collections
• Accelerate cash flow by expediting collections
• Communicate with customers and escalate when needed
• Manage inbound/outbound calls to recover accounts
• Maintain customer relationships and settle disputes
• Meet collection KPIs and escalate issues promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Post-Secondary education (CAT/ACCA) or Associate Degree; 2-5 years related experience
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s a plus
• English proficiency; strong negotiation and collection skills
• Multitasking, organized, customer-service oriented
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365; PC-savvy
• Experience in financial/collections environment a plus
