Senior Associate, AFC Advisory & Oversight

📋 Description

• Act as AFC advisor to Bitpanda Enterprise on B2B partnerships.
• Represent Bitpanda in legal/regulatory discussions with partners.
• Support drafting/negotiation of commercial agreements (partnerships, API, licensing).
• Assess legal/regulatory implications for new products with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments; provide practical guidance for Bitpanda Enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree desirable; experience with EU financial regs (MiCAR, MiFID, PSD2/PSD3, AML/CFT).
• Experience in regulated financial services/fintech with enterprise clients.
• Commercial mindset; balance legal needs with business goals; clear communicator.
• Fluent English and German; German proficiency required.
• Stakeholder management across product, risk, compliance, and legal.
