Primary objective: ensure service delivery for CT customers across APAC.
Monitor performance to meet SLA; collaborate with stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Maintain and publish SOPs, instructions, and routing guides.
Identify risks, CAPA actions, and escalate issues with global prod & tech teams.
Build trust-based client relationships and drive value.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS degree.
5+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
Experience with CT (control tower) operations and KPI visibility.
Strong collaboration and training skills; ability to work APAC region.
