Senior Associate, Corporate Finance

📋 Description

• Underwrite new transactions and monitor the loan portfolio.
• Prepare investment memorandums, sponsor materials, and related presentations.
• Conduct due diligence including third-party reports.
• Review legal terms with external counsel and document final terms.
• Manage timely deliverables and the credit file for the assigned portfolio.
• Participate in real-time credit discussions and quarterly portfolio reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in accounting/finance preferred.
• 4+ years in public accounting, valuation, leveraged finance, or investment banking.
• Strong financial statement analysis and quantitative/qualitative skills.
• Proficient Excel modeling and MS Office; familiarity with financial databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
