• Lead high-profile workplace design projects from inception through delivery

• Proven track record leading complex, end-to-end commercial interior design projects
• Demonstrated success delivering high-profile pitches and persuasive RFP materials
• Deep understanding of project financials, local building codes, market trends
• Strong proficiency in Revit, InDesign, Photoshop
• Ability to guide project teams and influence executive stakeholders
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple deadlines
