Senior Associate Director, Marketing

📋 Description

• Support the planning and execution of brand strategy initiatives, developing and managing campaigns
• Manage agency relationships and direct paid media strategy, including planning, budget allocation
• Lead planning and execution for key organizational initiatives, including Volunteer Engagement and
• Provide experienced marketing guidance to field teams and stakeholders, helping ensure priority
• Provide strategic direction for engaging, mission-focused content across earned media, social
• Review and edit marketing copy while advising internal and external partners and team members on

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred, or
• 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience, with approximately 10 years preferred and agency
• Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, brand strategy, campaign development, paid media, content
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, coordinate timelines
• Experience working with and directing external agency partners, including campaign planning, media
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to develop, review, and refine compelling content for

• Base salary range of $90,000–$120,000 USD, associated with Grade 509.
