Senior Associate, FCM

📋 Description

• Own exception management across cash, positions, trades and margin.
• Lead operational readiness for new product launches, including UAT, playbooks, cutovers.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and Engineering to design scalable processes.
• Establish monitoring and reporting frameworks (SLAs, KPIs, dashboards) and triage incidents.
• Drive root-cause analyses and post-mortems to drive improvements.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce operational friction and manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial services/fintech ops with FCM or derivatives.
• Analytical problem-solving in exception-based ops with prioritization.
• Product launch readiness: requirements, UAT, playbooks, go-live.
• Cross-functional partnering with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance.
• Knowledge of listed derivatives and interest in blockchain/crypto markets.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
