Senior Associate, Finance Operations

📋 Description

• Own the full AP cycle: vendor onboarding, invoice capture and coding, approvals, payment runs, and
• Issue and track customer invoices under our commercial contracts, manage collections, and reconcile
• Maintain monthly tracking against the operating plan, identify variances, and keep budget owners
• Prepare slides and financial materials for board meetings and investor updates.
• Manage expense workflows, support 1099 filings, multi-state sales and use tax registrations, and
• Use AI tools and scripting to automate reconciliations, reporting, and repetitive admin.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years in accounting, FP&A, audit, investment banking, private equity, or a finance role at
• Highly advanced Excel skills; build accurate financial models and board-ready slides at speed.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactively automate reconciliation, reporting, and administrative work using AI tools.
• Comfortable holding budget owners accountable to deadlines and commitments.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
