Senior Associate, Fraud Operations

📋 Description

• Investigate financial fraud, scams, payment abuse, and account integrity incidents across multiple
• Analyze complex datasets, including ACH, debit and credit card transactions, wallet activity
• Communicate directly with customers to gather additional information about suspicious account
• Identify emerging fraud trends, behavioral patterns, and potential vulnerabilities, recommending
• Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys to identify friction caused by fraud prevention
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to improve fraud detection

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional
• 3–5+ years of hands-on fraud investigation experience, particularly involving ACH and credit card
• 2–5+ years of direct experience investigating scams, account integrity issues, and related
• Strong understanding of device telemetry, account integrity systems, and internet technologies
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings
