Senior Associate, Fund Administration (Loan Operations)

📋 Description

• Record and reconcile loan-level activity for direct lending and private credit funds, including
• Calculate and review interest, commitment fee, and OID/discount accruals, and tie them to agent
• Maintain loan positions, cost basis, and fair value inputs, and support valuation and month-end
• Prepare and review capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and fund-level
• Process borrower payments and agent notices, confirm rate resets, and monitor payment due dates and
• Track amendments, waivers, and consents, and ensure loan terms are reflected accurately in the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in fund administration, loan servicing or agency, private credit, or
• Working knowledge of loan lifecycle events, including syndicated and bilateral loans, delayed draw
• Strong grasp of US GAAP for investment companies and fund accounting concepts such as NAV
• Hands-on experience reconciling positions and cash, and investigating breaks to resolution.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation models.
