📋 Description

• Develop and improve products for acquisition, conversion, monetization, and marketplace efficiency.
• Analyze customer behavior, funnels, and performance to identify growth.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to launch features with impact.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments including A/B tests to drive results.
• Build business cases and analyses for new product ideas and growth initiatives.
• Leverage AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve scalability and experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, growth, or related fields.
• Experience delivering products or tools that drove revenue growth, acquisition, or efficiency.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to launch or improve capabilities.
• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and product analytics.
• AI-native mindset with comfort using AI and modern tools to boost impact.
