Senior Associate, Growth Strategy & Operations (Experiments/Campaigns)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end execution of growth experiments and campaigns
• Manage experimentation backlog, campaign calendar, measurement approach, tracking taxonomy
• Identify gaps in tooling and process, codify repeatable work into scalable systems
• Partner with FP&A on forecasting and budget tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in growth, operations, product management, or strategy roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data and metrics
• Experience designing or coordinating experiments, with familiarity with A/B testing methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesise and present insights
• Ability to execute in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities
