Senior Associate - HighRadius

📋 Description

• End-to-end HighRadius Receivables Cloud implementation across all project phases: design to hypercare.
• Gather requirements, document, and map business processes.
• Hands-on configuration of functional components per client needs.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, product, technical teams, and QA.
• Conduct testing, validate configurations, and assist issue tracking.
• Prepare training materials and support client onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Functional knowledge of O2C cycle (AR, Collections, Cash App, Payment Portal).
• Foundational SaaS configuration knowledge.
• Requirement gathering, process mapping, problem-solving.
• Cross-functional communication to articulate insights clearly.
• Tools & Platforms: HighRadius Receivables Cloud (preferred), ERP systems.
• Certifications (Preferred): HighRadius Cash Application, Collections, EIPP modules.
