📋 Description

• Acting as the main internal comms point of contact for Deliveroo and Wolt (EMEA) country teams and
• Building and maintaining the community of internal communicators across the EMEA footprint, sharing
• Supporting crisis and issues communications across EMEA, partnering with the Senior Director and
• Providing change management comms support, partnering with the change management comms lead and
• Creating content to support company level events, such as all hands
• Leading on analytics and measurement for such events for the international internal comms team

🎯 Requirements

• You have a strong (5yrs +) track record of communications experience
• You work well with multiple stakeholders across countries and brands, and can build and sustain a
• You thrive in fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environments, and stay effective when situations move
• You can translate complex or evolving information into clear, effective communications for employees
• You are comfortable supporting crisis, issues and change communications
• You are comfortable with data, and can turn engagement reporting into insights
