Senior Associate - Investigations

📋 Description

• Lead investigations into misconduct, fraud, theft, and policy violations end-to-end.
• Gather evidence via interviews, document reviews, and data analysis, legally and ethically.
• Analyze findings to identify root causes, patterns, and systemic risk.
• Write investigation reports clear for executives and, where needed, law enforcement.
• Recommend corrective actions based on root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Ops, and Finance on escalations and follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years investigating misconduct, fraud, or policy violations
• Previous experience conducting interviews and running fact-finding investigations
• Strong report-writing able to present findings clearly to senior leadership
• Working knowledge of legal procedures and regulations governing investigation
• Comfortable handling confidential, high-sensitivity information
• Able to travel on short notice
