Senior Associate, Investments

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the full scope of asset dispositions, including asset analysis, returns
• Review & opine on ongoing optimal asset strategies tied to maximizing investment returns
• Coordinate hold/sell analyses and formulate strategies accordingly
• Lead periodic portfolio valuations and scenario analyses updates
• Maintain and develop relationships with outside parties such as attorneys & brokers to leverage
• Partner with several internal teams, namely Asset Management, Financial Ops, & Debt Capital

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years multifamily asset management, portfolio management, and/or investment
• Direct experience in deal execution including leading multiple simultaneous Purchase Agreement
• Ability to read and comprehend legal documents including purchase and sale agreements, loan
• Ability to effectively and confidently speak to detailed multifamily operational strategy as well
• Strong attention to detail, comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and achieving high levels of accuracy
