Senior Associate, Investor Operations

📋 Description

• Execute complex investor operations with accuracy and timely service.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders and partners; ensure proactive communication.
• Review and oversee reconciliations, reporting outputs, and data validations.
• Investigate and resolve complex operational issues; identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless investor servicing workflows.
• Drive recurring reporting cycles and workflows across multiple workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in investor operations or fund administration.
• Experience with investor onboarding, capital activity, reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
• FINRA licenses are a plus.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce, Intralinks, and Monday.com.
• Experience with system implementations and UAT testing.
