Senior Associate – IT Operations

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, onboarding, and end-user assistance.
• Manage laptop and asset lifecycle: provisioning, configuration, inventory, refresh cycles.
• Act as primary contact with MSP; ensure SLA adherence.
• Support office IT infrastructure: networks, printers, AV, and security tools.
• Coordinate IT procurement, vendor management, renewals, and asset tracking.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues; escalate when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in IT operations or end-user support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac laptops and endpoint management.
• Experience working with MSPs and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking basics, and IT security.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
