Join the Contracts – Americas function; collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years post-law-school corporate or transactional experience.
Law degree and license to practice in the Americas (US/Canada).
Commercially minded and client-focused.
Experience with asset managers, investment banks, or financial services.
Tech-savvy; comfortable with legal tech (AI tools, HighQ).
Self-starter; owns their work; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
