• Negotiate and manage high volumes of pre-M&A contracts – including NDAs, confidentiality
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted advisor relationships with

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of post law school corporate or transactional experience
• Track record of independently negotiating pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement
• Experience working with asset managers, investment banks, or other financial services firms
• Law degree and licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada)
• Commercially minded and client-focused
• Tech-savvy and adaptable with legal technology suite (e.g., AI tools, HighQ)
