Deliver HR Shared Services across HR functions
Manage employee lifecycle, inquiries, payroll, compensation, or talent processes
Resolve complex employee cases per US policies and regulations
Maintain HR data accuracy; support Workday/ADP/ServiceNow
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal
Identify process improvements and support automation

🎯 Requirements

L2 (Senior Associate): 2–5 years; L3 (Lead): 4–7 years with leadership exposure
Experience in HR Operations, Ask HR, US Payroll, Payroll Tax, Compensation & Benefits, Talent
Experience supporting US HR or Payroll processes is preferred
Hands-on with Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder mgmt, and customer service skills
