Manage day-to-day product development and lead the company-wide calendar.
Partner cross-functionally with Design, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Merchandising.
Ensure on-time development to design intent with construction and costing options.
Work closely with factories on wash innovation for sweaters and knits.
Own initial costing, calendars, and cross-functional communication through internal tools.
Track bulk production status and collaborate with Quality to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of product development experience in Knits & Sweaters.
In-depth cost negotiations and time management skills.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful approach to process improvements.
Sweater yarn development experience.
Knowledge of PLM, Google Sheets, Airtable.
Ability to travel overseas and work with diverse cultures.
