📋 Description

• Market Tracking & Single Source of Truth: Serve as the primary operational anchor for regional
• Drive cross-market dashboard alignment by unifying reporting metrics, tracking templates, and data
• Cascade execution guidelines, configuration requirements, and standards to Market PICs, ensuring
• Project Delivery & Risk Monitoring: Track end-to-end execution of multi-market operational
• Proactively flag execution delays, data discrepancies, or operational bottlenecks to senior
• Process Standardization & SOP Rollout: Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing scalable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or Process Management (Experience
• Proven experience coordinating with multi-regional, multi-market, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business analytical skills with a knack for numbers and operational metrics—able to track
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboarding and reporting. Basic SQL or BI tool knowledge
