Senior Associate, Private Mortgage Investments

📋 Description

• Monitoring the performance of mortgage and securitisation assets
• Running and maintaining cashflow and profitability models
• Assessing new mortgage and consumer-credit investment opportunities
• Analysing rating, structural and profitability impacts on transactions
• Supporting the structuring and execution of securitisation transactions
• Producing scenario analysis and investment recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in quantitative analysis, structuring or securitisation
• Strong cashflow modelling and financial analysis skills
• Understanding of residential mortgages, consumer credit or asset-backed lending
• Ability to interpret modelling outputs and translate findings into commercial recommendations
• Experience gained within an insurer, bank, asset manager, rating agency or similar environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
