• Collaborate with PMs to size impact and shape the roadmap

• Define product health metrics and track performance
\n
• Design data products and automated AI workflows for teams
\n
• Identify gaps and influence product plans
\n
• Own analytics for product pods; drive data-driven actions
\n
• This role is 100% remote; US/Canada-based
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 4+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops
\n
• Strong quantitative skills; SQL, Python; Claude Code/Codex a plus
\n
• Built dashboards/tools, not just decks
\n
• Dive into root causes; solve problems end-to-end
\n
• Comfortable with ambiguity; self-directed
\n
• Experience with SaaS/marketplaces/high-growth startups; restaurant experience a plus
\n
