Senior Associate, Project Finance

📋 Description

• Build and maintain project-level and portfolio financial models.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to drive decision-making.
• Support valuation of structured financing: sponsor equity, tax equity, debt.
• Execute complex project finance transactions, including due diligence and coordination.
• Prepare investment materials, term sheets, and decks for leadership, lenders, investors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financing with technical, regulatory, and policy objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project finance, investment banking, PE, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex concepts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience modeling tax equity economics; familiarity with government-backed financing is a plus.
