Senior Associate, Sales Operations

📋 Description

• Assist in driving commercial rhythm of business and Sales process by supporting design and
• Support regular rhythm of business analytics and reporting; utilize SQL and business intelligence
• Work directly with Commercial Operations leaders to administer Sales team Incentive Compensation
• Help identify opportunities for process improvement and support execution on cross functional
• Design and build reports and dashboards within CRM and business intelligence tools
• Support development of CRM to measure, analyze and report commercial KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of Sales Operations or related experience, preferably within a startup/growth SaaS
• Power user of Salesforce, admin experience a plus
• Power user of Excel/Google Sheets including comfort with Pivot tables and charts
• Comfort with manipulating data including experience using and writing SQL queries
• Experience analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets and/or in business intelligence
