Senior Associate, Sales Operations

📋 Description

• Assist in driving our commercial rhythm of business and Sales process by supporting the design and
• Support our regular rhythm of business analytics and reporting; Utilize SQL and business
• Work directly with Commercial Operations leaders to administer Sales team Incentive Compensation
• Help identify opportunities for process improvement, make recommendations, and support execution on
• Design and build reports and dashboards within our CRM and business intelligence tools
• Support development of our CRM to ensure that we are measuring, analyzing and reporting commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of Sales Operations or related experience, preferably within a startup/growth SaaS
• Power user of Salesforce, admin experience a plus
• Power user of Excel/Google Sheets including comfort with Pivot tables and charts
• Experience with manipulating data including experience using and writing SQL queries
• Experience analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets and/or in business intelligence
