Senior Associate - Security Data Management

📋 Description

• Execute daily production tasks to establish, monitor, and proactively manage the firm’s security
• Perform ad-hoc, time-sensitive tasks.
• Oversee daily pricing and valuation services performed by the service provider, according to the
• Partner with the Pricing Committee on fair value activities and provide fair value price overrides.
• Monitor daily reporting of upcoming events and provide leadership and coordination of corporate
• Oversee corporate action processing performed by the service provider, ensuring accurate and timely

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in investment management operations, preferably in a data
• Knowledge of security types and characteristics (Equity, Fixed Income, Options)
• Experience with security reference data, corporate actions, proxy voting, or pricing workflows
• Experience with data tools or systems (e.g., Eagle RDC, SQL, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail with an understanding of downstream impacts
• Ability to execute time‑sensitive, deadline‑driven production tasks with consistency and accuracy
