Senior Associate, Security Technology

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for multiple physical security installations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain portfolio-level project controls using Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
• Partner with regional leaders, engineers, and finance to align security with business goals.
• Govern regional compliance and quality standards for installations.
• Drive post-implementation reviews and optimize project documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing technical projects in physical security across multi-site/EMEA.
• Technical understanding of physical security infra (Axis, Genetec, HID, Software_House, OpenPath).
• Budgeting and project control; Agile/Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and vendors.
• PM tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Salesforce.
• Nice to have: PMP/PRINCE2/APM; vendor certs; ISO 27001.
