• Lead financial audit response and remediation initiatives, addressing financial statement audit
• Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), ensuring
• Direct root cause analyses of audit findings, evaluate existing financial processes, and develop
• Manage audit-related activities, including Prepared By Client (PBC) requests, auditor sampling
• Assess federal accounting practices, financial reporting procedures, and internal control
• Oversee financial analysis, account reconciliations, and testing activities to validate corrective

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management or Administration
• At least 10 years of professional experience in federal financial management.
• Must hold an active and current professional certification issued by the appropriate licensing or
• Extensive knowledge of federal financial management, accounting practices, financial reporting
• Previous experience leading federal financial management, accounting, and audit remediation
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing Corrective Action Plans, conducting root cause
