Senior Associate, Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Serve as a day-to-day finance partner to leaders across the G&A organization, supporting
• Build and maintain financial models across headcount, compensation, benefits, real estate, vendors
• Partner on workforce and organizational planning, including hiring, compensation, benefits, and
• Deliver monthly and quarterly analysis of G&A financial performance, including variances to
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning across G&A, connecting financial
• Contribute to strategic initiatives through a combination of business partnership, financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a similar
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, communicating complex financial information to non-finance
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills. Ability to distill complex analyses into structured
• Effective communication and project management skills; highly organized, independent, and
• Ability to think creatively and critically, and thrive in a dynamic and often ambiguous work
