📋 Description

• Partner with Finance/Marketing/Product to define metrics and growth ROI.
• Build and maintain reporting to track progress vs expectations.
• Improve forecasting processes, systems, and tooling for growth.
• Lead cohort analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to earnings prep and exec narratives on user growth.
• Leverage automation and AI to enhance reporting and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Strategic Finance or related field in high growth tech.
• Strong financial modeling; Looker and SQL a plus.
• Experience with cohort data and ROI analysis; marketing KPIs.
• Excellent communication; synthesize complex insights clearly.
• Attention to detail and ownership; manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to influence across teams and leadership weekly.
