• Support end-to-end expansion of Airwallex into APAC markets
• Define market-entry strategy and licensing requirements
• Translate regulatory needs into operating models
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Finance
• Develop AI-assisted tools for launches and reporting
• Own go/no-go and launch-readiness processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in strategy consulting, regulatory/financial services, or fintech expansion
• Experience with multi-stakeholder programs and exec updates
• Strong operating discipline and governance experience
• Proven use of AI tools for research/automation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
