🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of relevant technical experience in Technical Operations, Systems Analysis, Data QA
• Solid data literacy: ability to write performant SQL beyond basic queries including CTEs, window
• Workflow automation mindset: practical experience with workflow engines, API integrations, or
• Engineering-minded QA instincts: thinking about edge-case handling, monitoring, rollback plans, and
• Applied AI fluency: leveraging AI tools to parse unstructured error strings, structure disparate
• Clear technical communication: ability to engage deeply with software engineers on architecture
