📋 Description

• Own research strategies across multiple retained executive search engagements, establishing clear
• Lead comprehensive market mapping initiatives, identify relevant talent pools, assess competitive
• Conduct first-round interviews and lead the majority of initial executive assessments, evaluating
• Exercise independent judgment when assessing candidate profiles, calibrating talent against search
• Participate actively in client update calls, present market intelligence, communicate research
• Manage approximately six concurrent searches and deliver around 14 or more searches annually

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in retained executive search or senior-level executive recruiting
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent executive search engagements, prioritize competing
• Demonstrated ownership of research strategy and talent market mapping, with a strong commitment to
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating senior leaders at the VP, SVP, and C-suite levels
• Experience in technology executive search within enterprise environments is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives
