Senior Associate, Title Insurance Services

📋 Description

• Back-office support for Title Company; provide Title Search and reports to clients
• Perform Title Search on Title Plants: Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry, Netronline
• Read search documents and paraphrase/align title and related matters
• Revise Title Commitments with closing coordinators as needed
• Review residential/commercial title search materials and create title reports/commitments
• Maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years US residential/commercial title search/exam in multi-state
• Strong verbal/written communication; interpersonal and analytical skills
• Familiar with Resware and Title Plants: DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry, Netronline
• Typing speed 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
• Flexible to night shift
• Any Graduate
