Senior Associate, Trading Operations (Broker Dealer)

📋 Description

• Execute daily trade ops workflows: cash, position, and trade reconciliations.
• Ensure timely settlement and allocations; investigate trade breaks.
• Maintain accuracy of positions, cash, and broker/clearing data.
• Monitor corporate actions: dividends, interest, and splits.
• Support account maintenance and review trading eligibility.
• Partner with Compliance, Finance, Product, and Engineering on reporting and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in brokerage or trade operations at a broker-dealer, exchange, or clearing firm
• Working knowledge of FINRA/SEC regulatory framework for broker-dealers
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation/analytical skills
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; comfortable with trading and clearing systems
• SQL skills and experience managing large data sets
