📋 Description

• Facilitate training for employees across the business
• Collect and analyze survey and effectiveness data
• Design and develop training materials
• Identify training needs and schedule sessions
• Lead discussions with stakeholders when performance deviates
• Collaborate with management to maintain evolving training curriculum

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or employee development
• Experience with LMS, Zoom, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or equivalent
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training
