Senior Associate - Transaction Services Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Analyze datasets to support M&A models and EBITDA adjustments
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in transaction data
• Translate findings into strategic recommendations for due diligence
• Utilize analytics platforms (SAS, Azure) to drive data-driven decisions
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging analytics technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's in accounting, data science, analytics, statistics, economics
• CPA and/or audit experience preferred but not required
• 2+ years in financial due diligence and data analytics
• 1+ year in QoE, NWC, and cash flow analysis
• 1+ year with data visualization tools (D3.js, Tableau, PowerBI)
• 1+ year with Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx
