Senior Associate Venture Development (w/m/d)

📋 Description

• Work at the interface of Strategy, Operations, Analytics and Business Development
• Identify operational and strategic levers to improve the business and drive implementation
• Analyze complex business problems, structure data and derive concrete recommendations
• Collaborate with various teams (Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing, Commercial)
• Develop business cases, prioritize initiatives and manage key KPIs
• Take ownership of cross-departmental projects and ensure successful execution

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Economics, Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, Business Informatics or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in venture development, business operations, consulting, analytics, startups or
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with complex, data-driven problems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data pipelines is a plus
