📋 Description

• Lead customer-focused Atlassian initiatives from design through adoption.
• Design, implement Atlassian-based solutions, incl. migrations and upgrades.
• Engage with customers to translate objectives into implementation strategies.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices to maximize platform value.
• Support adoption, rollout, and scaling for successful outcomes.
• Manage customer engagements: schedules, milestones, and relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years as Atlassian Consultant or Jira Administrator, or similar.
• Proven experience implementing Atlassian solutions (installations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, user training).
• Strong background working directly with customers and influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience with scripting languages: Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, or Shell.
• Strong technical knowledge including Unix, SQL, scripting, and system administration.
