Senior Automation Engineer, Actimize

📋 Description

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for web apps and backend services.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Java, Playwright, and related testing tech.
• Create automated test cases and test scenarios from requirements and user stories.
• Analyze requirements and system behavior to identify edge cases, failure scenarios, and quality risks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support reliable quality gates.
• Investigate test failures, troubleshoot automation issues, and resolve defects with developers.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on test automation or software quality engineering experience.
• Strong Java programming with solid OO design.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests from requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, release management, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and Git.
