Senior Automation Engineer (DevOps-Focused)

📋 Description

• Own the maintenance, health, performance, and reliability of automation solutions and integrations.
• Monitor production environments, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and apply
• Analyse and optimise workflows for scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Improve observability with logging, monitoring, dashboards, and alerts.
• Design and develop new automation workflows and system integrations.
• Apply DevOps best practices across CI/CD, config management, release planning, and rollback

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level experience in Automation Engineering, Systems Integration, or DevOps.
• Hands-on production automation maintenance experience; not only greenfield work.
• Strong Workato (preferred) or n8n expertise.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, cloud environments, monitoring, and incident response.
• Experience with logging, alerting, auditability, and operational documentation.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS; familiar with Jira/Atlassian tools.
