Senior Automation Engineer (Python, AI Agents & Automation)

📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation supporting workflows throughout the
• Build, operate, and continuously improve production-grade AI agents, skills, scripts, and
• Architect and integrate systems across documentation, localization, and content platforms using
• Apply artificial intelligence and large language model capabilities to generate, validate
• Own the reliability, performance, maintainability, monitoring, and troubleshooting of automation
• Define and contribute to automation standards, design patterns, and reusable components.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or
• 5+ years in automation engineering, software engineering, or systems integration.
• Strong Python proficiency with production-grade automation and agent frameworks.
• Advanced Git-based workflows: GitHub, pull requests, repository automation.
• CI/CD knowledge and experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with work tracking platforms (JIRA or similar).
